Product Introduction

The Q326 Shot Blasting Machine is a rubber track-type metal surface treatment machine, specially designed for batch cleaning of medium-sized and medium-weight metal components. The machine uses high-speed steel shots to impact the surface of workpieces, effectively removing rust, oxide scale, casting sand, burrs, slag, and other contaminants.

During operation, workpieces are placed inside the blasting chamber and continuously tumbled on the rubber track. This allows the steel shots to reach multiple areas of the workpiece surface, improving cleaning efficiency and achieving a more uniform surface finish.

With a Φ600mm end plate diameter, 0.15m³ effective volume, and a production capacity of 0.6–1.2 tons/hour, the Q326 is suitable for processing castings, forgings, stamped parts, mechanical components, and other metal products with a maximum weight of approximately 10kg per piece.
